Bull99 is more than an online gaming platform. We are a community built on trust, transparency, and a commitment to delivering the best gaming experience for Malaysian players.
Bull99 was born from a simple question: why can't Malaysian players enjoy a truly fair, fast, and fun online slot and casino experience all in one easy-to-use platform?
The founding team behind bull99 is made up of seasoned online gaming industry professionals with over a decade of experience. They have witnessed countless platforms come and go — some that promised much but failed to deliver, some that were fast but not secure, and others that were secure but far too complicated for everyday players.
So bull99 was built from the ground up with one core goal: to be a platform that Malaysian players can truly trust. Not just a promise on the homepage, but trust felt every time a player makes a deposit, every time they win, and every time they request a withdrawal.
Today, bull99 has grown into one of the most actively used online gaming platforms in Malaysia. With over 500 game titles from more than 15 international-grade software providers, bull99 offers enough variety to satisfy every type of player — from beginners just looking to try their first slot, to seasoned players chasing progressive jackpots worth millions of ringgit.
Our Principles: Every decision made in the development of bull99 begins with one question — "Is this good for our players?" If the answer is no, we don't do it. This principle is what sets bull99 apart from other platforms in the market.
This commitment is not just a slogan. bull99 actively invests in cutting-edge technical infrastructure, bank-grade data encryption, and an efficient identity verification (KYC) system to ensure every account and every transaction is secure. Players can rest easy knowing their personal information and funds are always protected.
The bull99 Journey
The core team of bull99 was built with a vision to create a truly player-first online gaming platform for Malaysian players.
The platform was internally tested with a selected group of players. Feedback was collected and improvements were implemented before the official launch.
Bull99 officially launched to Malaysian players with an opening library of over 200 game titles and 24/7 customer support.
500+ games, 15+ providers, thousands of active members. bull99 keeps growing with new titles and platform improvements added every month.
Every feature we build exists for a reason — and that reason always starts with the real needs of our players.
All personal data and financial transactions at bull99 are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banking institutions. You never have to worry about data breaches or unauthorised access.
There's no point winning big if your money takes forever to arrive. At bull99, withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed in under 5 minutes — straight to your bank account or e-wallet, with no hidden charges.
From classic 3-reel slots to advanced Megaways video slots, progressive jackpots, and Live Casino — the bull99 collection ensures you never run out of options. New titles are added every week.
Play anywhere you are — at home, at a café, or on the go. The bull99 app is available for Android and iOS, optimised for speed and top performance across all screen sizes.
From a 100% welcome bonus of up to RM500 for new members, weekly reloads, unlimited cashback, to daily free spins for VIP members — bull99 always has a reward ready for you.
The bull99 support team is ready to assist you at any time — day or night. Reach us via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We understand Malaysian players and know what local players need.
These four values are more than words — they are the foundation of every decision we make in building bull99 for Malaysian players.
We believe the relationship between a platform and its players must be built on solid trust. Every promise we make — from bonus values to withdrawal times — we keep without exception.
RTP values for every game are displayed openly. Promotional terms are written clearly with no confusing language. No hidden fees, no unexplained deductions from your wins.
Bull99 provides responsible gaming tools such as daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, and session time limits. We want our players to enjoy gaming as entertainment, not a burden.
The online gaming industry never stands still. bull99 keeps pace with the latest developments — from new gaming technologies to the newest payment methods — so your experience stays relevant and enjoyable.
All games at bull99 come exclusively from software providers that are recognised and independently audited by international certification bodies.
Every software provider partnering with bull99 must pass a rigorous review including independent RNG audit, game fairness certification, and gambling law compliance as applicable. These are non-negotiable minimum standards.
Furthermore, all Live Casino games at bull99 are operated by real dealers from certified studios. You can watch every spin of the wheel, every roll of the dice, and every card deal happen live via high-definition video stream — no animations, no manipulation, just real gameplay.
bull99 Responsible Gaming Tools
At bull99, we believe online gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress or pressure. That is why we built a comprehensive responsible gaming system, accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact customer support.
We understand that not all players have a healthy relationship with gambling. Some may play more than they should, or use money set aside for other needs. bull99 takes this seriously and acts proactively to identify concerning patterns of play.
Our system automatically detects sudden changes in deposit or gaming behaviour, and our team is trained to reach out to players who may need support. We don't just tick regulatory boxes — we genuinely care about the well-being of our members.
Bull99 also affirms that this platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Age verification is enforced during registration and KYC, and any attempt to register using false information will result in permanent account closure.
If you or someone you know needs help with a gambling addiction, please contact Talian Kasih 15999 or visit the Malaysian Ministry of Health website for more information. bull99 fully supports mental health and addiction awareness initiatives in Malaysia.
